## Shammah Nei

Shammah Nei is a First Class graduate of Microbiology, at the University of Port Harcourt. Having helped teams create products ranging from static sites, and e-commerce platforms to transport apps and others, occupying front-end developer roles in various tech firms and working as a lead front-end developer and CTO for multiple projects. Using ReactJs, NextJs, as well as other technologies. Currently working as Director for two tech companies, leading the teams in both technical and management roles. Also volunteers as a mentor to beginner and junior developers and teenagers, helping them do better academically and training those interested in the tech world to start a career.

As a Programmes Associate at Renaissance Innovation Labs, she leads programme planning, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and partnership coordination to ensure successful project delivery and community impact. Lydia has extensive experience developing communication materials, managing events, facilitating workshops, and building relationships with partners, beneficiaries, and community stakeholders. A confident public speaker, she has empowered over 400+ secondary school students through leadership and career development sessions and is passionate about using effective communication and well-executed programmes to drive sustainable social change.

"Chidera Prince Basil is a Brand and Product Designer with over five years of experience helping organizations build brands, design digital products, and communicate their ideas effectively. He studied Petroleum Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), and has built a career at the intersection of design, technology, and business.
His experience covers brand identity, product design (UI/UX), marketing design, motion graphics, and visual communication across industries including technology, healthcare, education, logistics, fintech, Web3, real estate, and social impact. He has worked with startups and growing organizations to create products, campaigns, and experiences that have reached users across multiple countries.
As PR and Communications Lead at Renaissance Innovation Labs, Chidera leads the organization's brand and communications efforts, helping showcase its programs, build strategic partnerships, and engage communities through technology and innovation. I am a software developer with web knowledge in systems architecture and infrastructure experience, I actually started coding with my cellphone back in 2018, before I could eventually afford a laptop. I posses the ability to learn, unlearn and re-learn.
I am also continuously learning and improving my skills as I hope to grow in the DevOps role, learning technologies likes, Docker and Kubernetes.
