Shammah Nei, Managing Director
Shammah Nei is a First Class graduate of Microbiology, at the University of Port Harcourt. Having helped teams create products ranging from static sites, and e-commerce platforms to transport apps and others, occupying front-end developer roles in various tech firms and working as a lead front-end developer and CTO for multiple projects. Using ReactJs, NextJs, as well as other technologies. Currently working as Director for two tech companies, leading the teams in both technical and management roles. Also volunteers as a mentor to beginner and junior developers and teenagers, helping them do better academically and training those interested in the tech world to start a career.
Emmanuel Stephen, Human Resources
Emmanuel Stephen - A Skilled and Certified Human Resource Manager with experience in People Management and Administration in both Public and Private sectors. I posses Strong Leadership and decision Making Skills. A result focused professional who delivers talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions which help companies and organizations harness the full power of one of its most valuable assets - Its People. Between 2020 - 2022, I have served as an Executive Assistant, and have proved professional assistance to the Director of RIL.
Olusegun Ekundayo, Program Manager
Olusegun Ekundayo- A Program manager skilled in Program management and Organizational leadership. I assist individuals and organizations achieve their goals by creating structures, and strategies for success, while ensuring deliverables are met across interconnected projects and teams. As one committed to human capital development, I excel at leading teams, organizing learning and development initiatives, as well as driving OKRs and KPIs towards corporate goals. I understand the drawbacks organizations face due to poor systems, structures, and unskilled / sub-par employees; Hence my contribution to talent acquisition and unemployability via the the book "How to Sell Yourself as the Best Candidate" and other resources.
Udeme Jonah, Facility Manager
I’m a Facility Manager and also an Entry level Product Designer. As a Facility Manager I ensure the security of the facilities as well as making sure the building and the entire facilities and their services meet the needs of the staff who work with and in them while developing a workspace that meets the growing needs of employees and co-workers. I’m skilled at communication and influencing,commercial awareness, customer service as well as IT packages.
Barr. Godslove Kamalo-Nei, Legal Practitioner
A quintessential legal practitioner, called to the Nigerian Bar at a very young age, I knew that I wanted to make a difference in the vast and fast developing frontiers of law. Being proficient in Intellectual Property Law made understanding Tech Law and its application relatively easy and exciting, in a country where it is not a very explored area of law. I live for new challenges and ways of developing myself, that is why I'm always found in the hall ways of career defining areas of learning, ie; Intellectual Property Law, Tech Law, Entertainment Law, Business Law, Corporate Law, Web and Software development.

I'm skilled at strategic communication using my pen( or keypad as the case may be). Hi, I’m a Frontend Developer. I love to create beautiful and performant products with great user experiences. I chose frontend development because I get the opportunity to solve problems and still be visually creative. With experience in ui/ux, I am able to interpret designs, patterns, and how it affects the end users, making good calls in implementation. I love reading, writing, music, taking long walks making friends and having conversations.

I’m a Product Designer geared towards embracing empathetic design and principles to produce high-performing digital interfaces with a sprinkle of confidence. I’m skilled at improving workflow to improve user experiences and deliver products that are enjoyable and easy to use. I understand the design thinking process and how it applies to bringing ideas into products that solve the problems of people. I’m also a UX Design advocate and I do this by providing resources and contents that increase the desire solving human problems digitally.
Falana Oluwaseun, Frontend Engineer
I’m a Frontend Engineer geared towards implementing pexel based designs and technicalities to produce responsive web and mobile designs across all industries. I’m well skilled at improving design flows and functionalities to improve user experiences and deliver products that are enjoyable and easy to use. I understand the development processes and how it applies to bringing design ideas into products that solve the problems of people. I’m also a Frontend Team Lead and I do this by reviewing designs before development phase, and the codebase needed for effective solving of human problems digitally.
Cedar Daniel, Backend Engineer
I am a software developer with web knowledge in systems architecture and infrastructure experience, I actually started coding with my cellphone back in 2018, before I could eventually afford a laptop. I posses the ability to learn, unlearn and re-learn.
I am also continuously learning and improving my skills as I hope to grow in the DevOps role, learning technologies likes, Docker and Kubernetes.
Kainy-Chike Onyechi, Frontend Engineer
I’m a front-end developer with over 3 years of experience building performant and responsive web applications, with delightful user experience. I love everything about the tech world so much so that it steers almost all of my interests, but I chose to specialise in frontend development because simple UI solutions could be used to solve complex problems and with the help of my super analytical thinking skills, I have been able to spin up simple solutions to complex problems that users would love to interact with. When I’m not writing code, I love to consume tech content (both computer hardware and software tech) and also to listen to music.
